Nice, laid back atmosphere. Some good beers on tap and wines. Coffee too. Really good olives for £5. Friendly staff including Alfie and Nora. One of my favourite places in Crystal Palace.

Love, love this place! I had a delicious oat flat white and vegan croissant in the sun-trap garden today. You can’t beat the cosy vibe upstairs. They’ve also got a funky whisky bar downstairs and the singers/musicians I’ve seen there have been amazing. Great cocktails too.

Such a cosy and welcoming place. Fantastic and friendly service. Great margarita, dog-friendly and had a peek downstairs at the intimate whisky bar too. A really lovely spot on the triangle.

Had a great time. We went to the free Jazz performance and it was lovely. The cocktails are amazing too. Love it

Not being a bagel guy I was reluctantly dragged inside by my border collie who had clocked the dog friendly sign outside. Very glad we went in. My food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It seemed everyone was happy to be working on a Sunday afternoon and my cappuccino was excellent. Can also rate the lemonade and great table service that included a water bowl and free treats for the pup. I enjoyed the coffee so much we popped back in so my better half could try it and she too gave it five stars.

I cannot get over how perfect this place is. During the day great coffee, pots of tea served with pastries and a quiet place to sit and read on sofas with really laid-back background music. At night, funky gin palace upstairs and sexy whiskey bar downstairs, with really gorgeous cocktails, and good local beers. Live music (some?) Saturdays. Things I love: • Reasonably priced • Real teaspoons instead of disposable and wasteful wooden stirrers for take-away coffee - small touch, but I love it • Pots, actual, generous pots of tea, not a cup with a forlorn bag in it • Really lovely staff • Engaging owner • Stunning décor (it feels like there was a very good decorator involved it’s so clever) with a lot of thought put into both space and comfort - while also making the space work for day and night. Even changing when something doesn’t quite work (the moving of the sofas to new spots has not gone unnoticed and it works better) • Very clever “specials board” - can’t explain, go and see it and then have a cocktail • Lots of healthy real plants to soften an already cosy space It sounds like I own this place, but I have no vested or financial interest in it other than wanting a place this perfect and this local to me to thrive so I can keep coming back here.

One of the best cafés + bars in Crystal palace! They have jazz performance every Saturday and it's quite good. I love staffs here and the coffee as well!
